Our Client provides omnichannel and multilingual customer service, technical support and sales for B2B and B2C markets, for industries such as e-commerce, retail, electronics, banking, financial services, energy, FMCG, media, automotive, medical care.

Integrates all communication channels to provide excellent customer service, so-called Customer Experience Management, which includes service by phone, email, chat, mobile applications or social media.

Currently, we are looking for a person for the position: Customer Service Specialist with Dutch, which tasks will include: handling incoming calls from Dutch-speaking clients, answering their inquiries regarding electronic devices and care for positive relationships.
